My church's previous youth pastor (who directed middle and high school) was let go for various relevant reasons and has become acquainted with bitterness and even an unexpected deal of malice. As you can imagine this as affected our youth, staff and church body with a deal of confusion, resent and distrust towards church leadership; which now includes me. </p> <p>I see God's hand on the whole situation, even the confusion, and trust him to aide us in this transition. I am asking seasoned youth pastor vetrans for advice and strategies that I could use to lead volunteers that are more experienced than myself.' </p>
